Who We Are
EvoMall is an experienced IT and consulting company for retail and logistics domains.
Originally founded in Ukraine in 2011 as an IT company called Smartline Technologies, we were growing rapidly adding to our portfolio logistics and transport management solutions. In 2019 we went global and added to our cases consulting services and IT products. Now we have employees all around the world with headquarters in Tallinn, Estonia, UE.
We bring together the leaders in their respective industries to solve complex business challenges and help our clients to achieve their business goals. We have a highly experienced executive team and 40+ people on board with the ability to expand.
EvoMall can be just a system provider or also a technological partner for omnichannel transformation. Our main goal is to increase the client's income with the most relevant tools. We select only those tools that will allow us to achieve the best results in the optimal timeframe and at the lowest cost.
Our History
IT development company established by Gregory Shchepanyk in Kyiv, Ukraine
Rebranding to EvoMall after joining second co-owner Olexander Serhunin, and accumulation expertise in implementing IT systems and building business processes to help other companies move to the next level of development.
Lots of projects were launched, among which were marketplace in Azerbaijan for Umico.az, dark store for the American toy store HeyJoy, projects with Zakaz.ua and BK Toys (the largest distributor of children's goods) in Ukraine, etc.
We focused on on the growing market of omnichannel (online + offline) retail and fast delivery. Successfully signed an agreement with JLL, one of the largest Canadian-American commercial property management companies
Our third co-owner, Vadym Chomenko, joined the team to increase retail expertise.
We moved to Estonia and continue to develop the business, expand our team and launch new projects.

Gregory Schepanik, CEO
CEO and Co-Founder, Gregory has 15 years of experience in software implementation and business processes optimization in areas such as logistics, retail, manufacturing, construction, banks and service companies.
Alexander Sergunin, COO
Alexander is Co-Fouder and COO of EvoMall. He has 10 years of operational management experience in retail and logistics companies and over 5 years of consultancy experience
George Vardanian, Product Owner
George is a Product Owner with over 10 years of experience in IT. He brings over 2 years’ experience in R&D team management and over 4 years as the company manager providing the IT outsourcing services.
Vadym Artiukh
Vadym, with his international experience, helps us easily understand the numbers and improves them. He is determined to drive success and delivers his professional acumen to bring the company to the next level.
